Terms and Conditions
	All hotel, accommodation and dive services are subject to our terms and conditions. Please read the following carefully. As a diver you must provide a current diving certification as proof of diver rating. You should be in good health and make yourself aware of the medical restrictions that apply, (diver medical forms are available upon request). All divers must present a doctor’s certificate as proof of fitness to dive if any of the medical restrictions apply. Divers not having dived for 2 or more years may be required to take a refresher course. As you can appreciate, weather does affect our operating conditions. Refunds on packages will only be issued if Valentine’s Dive Center Ltd decides that the conditions are inappropriate for the specific diving activity. Families are advised that all children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult and cannot be left unattended on the boat. All divers are advised to take out adequate travel insurance and diver accident insurance. Valentines Dive Center Ltd shall not at any time or in any way be responsible for loss injury, or acts of God, acts of government, war, civil unrest, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, immigration or customs regulations, hijacking, breakdown, delay, error, omissions or any other cause beyond our control. Valentine’s Dive Center Ltd reserves the right, without notice, to make changes or cancellations, in part or in whole as circumstances dictate. Valentine’s Dive Center accepts no liability for consequences of the personal activities of any passenger who is deemed personally responsible for the decisions concerning condition of health, safety or fitness for diving or any other activity, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Valentine’s Dive Center Ltd will not be responsible for, including but not limited to, damages or cost due to postponed flights, arrival or departure times of missed transportation connections. Dive Packages are non-transferable.
	Reservations and Payments
	To take full advantage of our discounted package prices a 50% deposit of the TOTAL PACKAGE PRICE will be taken upon booking. 60 days prior to arrival on Harbour Island the full balance for the HOTEL & DIVE PACKAGE is required. 30 days prior to arrival on Harbour Island the full balance of the DIVE PACKAGE is required. A 3% administrative fee will be added to all charges. Confirmation of booking will be issued upon receipt of full payment.
	Cancellation and Refund Policy
	Hotel and Dive Packages cancelled 90 days prior to arrival on Harbor Island will be charged 10% of the booking fee. Packages cancelled 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total package price. Packages cancelled 30 days prior to arrival WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
